Managing Director and Founder

Shane has over 20 years of experience serving technology clients around the world & has worked for some of the UK’s leading recruitment organisations – building and managing client relationships in the telecommunications, aerospace, and satellite sectors. At the same time, he established and managed sales and delivery teams to serve both clients and candidates.

Ben Mckeever

Sales Director

Ben has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry, 10 of which working alongside Shane; Managing Director of GlobalTech. Throughout his career, Ben has delivered a number of international telecommunications transformation programs with teams of 20 to 50 consultants in each. Ben mentions that “pulling these large teams together can be challenging, but very rewarding when done right.”

Tom Arthur

Principal Delivery Consultant

Tom has around 10+ years of experience in recruiting & not only this, he has a strong knowledge about the technology sector and is an integral part of the GlobalTech team in relation to the company’s continued growth plans.

Tom is passionate about helping people achieve their ambitions in life and is particularly proud that he has been able to play a role in some of the world’s most important inventions (however big or small) – helping to shape the future of space, satellite, communications, and a host of other high-tech products.

Joe Beech

Recruitment Consultant

Within the SpaceTech team, Joe specialises in connecting the top talent in Mechanical and Electrical engineering (M&E) with the most exciting opportunities in the ever-expanding Space industry. His passion lies with helping individuals propel their careers to new heights by matching their skills and aspirations with the innovative projects shaping the future of space exploration.

Saskia Adams

Operations Manager

Saskia manages GlobalTech’ operational processes such as payroll, contract creation & internal systems. Alongside this, she implements GlobalTech & SpaceTech’s marketing strategy by keeping websites, LinkedIn pages & all other marketing collateral regularly up to date.

Irene Rosenbach

Country Manager – GT Recruitment GmbH

Irene is responsible for the development of the team based in Berlin and is an expert in the field of IT infrastructure (particularly DevOps, IT administration, DWH & IT security). With her empathy and sensitivity, she understands everyone’s needs and always meets them in a competent and creative way. Building working relationships based on trust is her top priority.

Sepiedeh Hassani

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Sepiedeh’s main objective is to understand the personnel needs of companies alongside, find the optimal working environment for candidates, which enables them to develop their professional and personal skills in the best possible way. Her focus is on 360° recruiting in the Germany-wide IT project management market.

Her way of working is characterised by her communicative and open-minded nature. She particularly enjoys making new contacts and thus constantly expanding her network.

Anna Laura Drösler

Talent Acquisition

Laura works for GlobalTech on a part-time basis, whilst on her studies at university. One of her greatest achievements was securing a place to study psychology as this was a difficult process that required a lot of hard work and dedication.

Laura is a very fast learner and always enjoys connecting with people through her role in Talent Acquisition.


Julia Rosenbach

Talent Acquisition

Julia is currently studying architecture at university and supports the GlobalTech team with talent acquisition on a part-time basis. Her strengths include creativity, her hard-working nature and willingness to learn.

Her sister Irene (who is the Country Manager of GT Recruitment GmbH) was a big inspiration for her to try out the recruitment and IT industry. At the beginning it was completely new for her, but she quickly found the job exciting and is glad that she had the opportunity to gain this kind of experience in a company like GlobalTech.

Jack Giles

Recruitment Consultant

Jack has around 4 years’ recruitment experience, including 2 within the International Space sector. His main strengths include relationship building, alongside his great understanding of the space industry.

Jack takes a consultative approach, often getting to the heart of clients’ issues; resolving these through talent and auxiliary services, which result in critical & highly technical, niche hires.
